Well, two years ago on this day I buried my daddy. I am still getting on with things only to hide my emotions in busy work. I made it a goal to go forward in designing. I was very happy that I was able to join a store 2 weeks into the year. Now, I giving back to those blog trains that I enjoyed as a scrapper.
I am ready... I found the Digi Blog Train. This train just makes you think that there are so many things to be aware of. This months awareness starts today March 20th and it is about Epilepsy Awareness. Here is my part in spreading the word to be here now and be aware of things around you! This is my first time on this train as a designer! Scrapping with a Smile....

ReplyDeleteHello! I am so sorry to hear about the death of your beloved father. The anniversary dates are so hard to deal with during the year - the first Father's Day, the first Christmas, his birthday and so forth. My father died June 1, 2013, so even the first day of every month is so hard for me. I have found that it helps to keep very busy, and to do something creative, such as art or music. If I can't create anything, then I just read for a while, simply to fill my mind for a short time. I actually found out about digital scrapbooking through a grief website, and I have been very grateful. I am working on making a memorial scrapbook about my father's life. I wish you well as you try to go on with your life, with your father still in your heart but not at your side. from Pamela Richardson, in Ontario, Canada
